How it works

    Set up a deal

    Say the deal in your own words.

    Talk, type, or snap a photo of what you agreed. The app turns it into a working deal: what they're working off, board or lessons or anything on your price list, and either the hours or what an hour is worth. Give it one and it works out the other. You check it, then send them their link.

    People and roles

    One list of everyone at the stable.

    Your contact book. Add someone from your phone with the roles they hold: crew, rider, boarder, or more than one. Filter by what they are. Their menu shows only what they need, and a manager gets nearly everything you do.

    Everyone on the crew, and where they're at, on one screen.

    Who logged hours today, and for each person: hours still to go, hours in the bank, and their last shift. Sort them into your own groups, like trainers or stall cleaners. Tap anyone for their whole record.

    Say what it's worth and how many days they've got.

    Pick who can see it: everyone, certain people, a kind of crew, or just your own list. Crew claim it from their phone. Not done in time and it goes back on the board, and they can't grab it again.

Crew see hours, never money. The rate is yours.

A deal can be hours for board, hours for lessons, a job worth a set amount, or plain wages you track here and pay however you like.

A receipt cuts what they owe, which cuts the hours.

Raise a price and the app asks: everyone, or new deals only? Nobody's deal changes without you saying so.
