These are the rules for using The Tack Room, which is made and run by Limitless Growth. Using the app means you're happy with them. They are written in plain words on purpose — terms nobody can read aren't terms, they're decoration.
Who can use it
You need to be invited by a stable, or to set one up yourself. You must be 16 or older. One account belongs to one person — don't share a sign-in, because the app records who did what and a shared account makes those records meaningless.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself. Tell us at support@limitlessgrowth.co if you think somebody else has got into your account.
You can delete your account whenever you like, from Settings → Account. The work records that belong to a stable — hours you logged, receipts you handed in — stay in that stable's books, and they keep your name on them. They are the stable's record of work you did, not personal information you can withdraw, and a record that can't say who did the work isn't one. If you change your mind, write to us within 30 days and we can put your account back.
Who owns what
Everything a stable puts into the app — its people, horses, jobs, hours, prices and photos — belongs to that stable. We store it and look after it. We don't sell it, and we don't use it to advertise to anyone.
The app itself, its design and its code belong to Limitless Growth.
Hours, money and your records
The app helps a stable and its crew keep track of hours worked and what those hours are worth. It is a record, not a referee. What someone is owed is between the stable and the person. We don't decide it, we don't hold anyone's money, and we can't settle a disagreement about it.
Keep your own copies of anything you need for tax or accounts. You can share or save a statement from the app at any time.
What it costs
The Tack Room is free while it's in early access. If that changes we'll tell you well before you're asked to pay, and you'll be able to say no and take your records with you.
Using it sensibly
Don't use the app to break the law, to upload anything that isn't yours to upload, or to try to reach another stable's information. Don't try to break, overload or pick apart the service.
When things go wrong
We work hard to keep the app up and your records safe, but we can't promise it will never be unavailable or never have a fault. The app is provided as it is. We're not responsible for losses that follow from a stable's own decisions about pay, work or horses.
Ending it
You can stop using the app at any time and delete your account from Settings. We can close an account that's being used to break these rules — we'll tell you why.
Changes
If we change these terms we'll update the date at the top, and we'll tell you in the app if the change is one that actually affects you.
