The Tack Room is run by Limitless Growth. It's a tool for stables — the people who run them and the people who work there. This page says what we keep, who can see it, and who else it goes to. In plain words, because a privacy policy nobody can read isn't one.
What we keep
Your account. Your email address, and a name if you give one. Passwords are handled by our sign-in provider and stored scrambled — nobody here can read yours, including us.
Your work.Hours you log and the notes you write with them. Jobs, and the photos attached to them. Receipts you photograph, along with the shop, total, date and tax read off them. The terms of any work-trade you're on.
Your stable.If you run one: its name, logo, colours, your prices, and who's on your crew.
Your phone,if you turn on notifications — a code from your device so we can send them. It doesn't identify you to anyone else and you can turn it off in Settings.
We don't track you around the internet, we don't run advertising, and we don't sell anything to anybody.
Who can see it
Your stable is sealed off.One stable can never see another's people, hours, jobs or money. That's enforced by the database itself, not just by what the app shows you.
Inside a stable:the owner and any manager can see hours, receipts and jobs for their crew — that's the point of the tool. Crew see their own record, and the jobs they're allowed to take.
Us.A small number of people at Limitless Growth can reach the data to keep the service running and to help when something breaks. We don't read it otherwise.
Who else it goes to
Supabase stores the database, the sign-in system and the photos.
Vercel runs the app itself.
Anthropic. Two things are sent to an AI model to be read: a receipt photo, so the shop, total and date can be filled in for you, and the work-trade terms you type or dictate, so they can be turned into a contract. It's sent to be read and handed back. It isn't used to train anything.
Apple, to deliver a notification to your phone — the message and the device code, nothing else.
How long we keep it
Your stable's records stay while the stable is using The Tack Room — hours and receipts are a business record, and deleting last year's would be a problem for the people who rely on them.
If someone leaves a stable, their access ends but their past hours stay in that stable's books.
Getting your data, or getting rid of it
You can delete your account yourself, any time, from Settings → Account. Your sign-in, email, phone number and settings are removed, and you come off the stable's list of people.
What stays is the stable's record of work you actually did — hours logged, receipts handed in — with your name on them. Those belong to the stable's books rather than to you, and a record that can't say who did the work is no record at all. Email us for a copy of what we hold about you and a real person will answer.
If you change your mind, we keep what was removed for 30 days so we can put your account back. Write to us before then and a real person will do it — you'll set a new password, because we don't keep the old one. After 30 days that copy is deleted too, and there is nothing left to put back.
Children
The Tack Room is for adults running or working at a stable. It isn't aimed at children and we don't knowingly create accounts for them.
Changes
If this changes we'll update the date at the top. If it changes in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app rather than hoping you check.
